Bhangarh Fort Story in Hindi  - Bhangarh Fort is famous all over the world for its haunting story of  Bhangarh Fort. This fort is also called Rajasthan ka Bhartiya kila. 

The most haunted and historical place Bhangarh Fort is located in the Alwar district of Rajasthan state. This fort is known for ghosts in the world along with India, hence it is also called "Bhoot Fort" or Bhootiya Fort. Bhangarh Fort was built in 1573 by the Raja of Amer, Bhagwant Das.

The fort of Bhangarh is surrounded by high walls, inside the fort, there are palaces, Havelis, temples, and bazaars, which are now in ruins.

The fort of Bhangarh is surrounded by hills, and in the rainy season, there is greenery on the hills everywhere.

It is said that whoever stays in the Bhangarh Fort at night loses his life. Bhangarh Fort is one of the most feared places in the world. It is believed that even today ghosts reside here.

The Haunting Story of Bhangarh Fort

There is a famous story about the fort. It is said that the princess of Bhangarh, Ratnavati was an apocalyptic beauty, at that time her form was discussed in the whole state and the princes of every corner of the country were ready to marry her.

In the same kingdom, there lived a Tantrik Scindia, who was a master of art magic. Tantric Scindia also liked the princess and wanted to get her.

One day the princess went to the market with her friends and reached a perfume shop and picked up a bottle of perfume and started smelling the perfume. Tantric Scindia standing nearby was watching all this. Tantric Scindia cast black magic on that bottle when the princess was Realizing this, the princess slammed the bottle on the stone lying nearby.

Due to this the bottle broke and the perfume spread on that stone and that stone followed Tantric Scindia and later crushed him. Due to this Tantric Scindia died.

While dying, the Tantric  Scindia cursed that all the people living in the fort would die soon and their souls would wander in this fort for life.

The effect of Scindia's curse took place on Bhangarh after some time, due to which, there was a war between Bhangarh and Ajabgarh in which all the people living in the fort were killed, and even princess Ratnavati could not escape from this curse of  Tantric  Scindia. The souls of all the people living in the fort still roam around this fort. 

Rajasthan's Bhutiya Fort

There is another story of the destruction of Bhangarh Fort. Which was when the fort was built on the hill. Rishi Guru Balu Nath Taposthali was a short distance away from him. 

One of the conditions of Rishi Guru Balu Nath for the construction of the fort was that it should not shadow the fort of his penance.

But when the fort was built, then Raja Bhagwant Das complied with the condition but his successors forgot this due to which the shadow of the pillars of the fort fell on the ascetic's penance. Due to this, the ascetic got angry he cursed the people living in the fort, and ruined the surrounding villages. 

Thus Bhangarh Fort became a cursed fort.  

The entrance to Bhangarh is prohibited between sunset and sunrise. This is the most haunted fort in India.
